It clearly states in here the numbers BRU are allowed to issue under the asx listing rules(89,406, 463), plus the additional 10%(59,604,309) for a total of 149,010,772. And also of note is this number is relevant for the entire period or until the next AGM, Whichever is sooner. Given the AGM was only in July, it's still relevant.
