I don’t really understand any of that document but sounds like they want to remove the regulatory cap on payouts for retirements and terminations ? No cap so payout can be whatever the board deem suitable ????

why we fund a retiree if he decides to leave before his interests vest???
why would be remove a cap on termination payments??

sounds a bit like Horst and Francis getting ready to ride off into the sunset with monster payouts ???

please correct me if I’m off here, like I said I don’t understand that document at all.
