One thing I never hold in great anticipation is a AGM, nor hold much stock in private conversations with the CEO or the Company., especially the addressing of any concerns.
It is a legal requirement for them to do so and largely a pep rally to pump the Company, especially when a Company is trudging along, that’s fine.
Sp sensitive announcements are what count, more so when they give the Company visible traction going forward, as per the last CR Ann, …. no discount, no options, certainly give the perception that the Company is NOW the ‘shot caller’ and bears well for the future.
More than announcements regarding the progress of the IP, of which there have been many, I look forward to see announcements that will fund the progress of the commercialisation of that IP in a meaningful way; placements done at higher levels, no option overhangs to stifle the sp later on, interest of suitors to provide that funding ect.
Early days and will temper my expectations but it will be interesting to see what else the Company will announce to confirm and consolidate the future position of the Company going forward regarding its financial governance.
