it must be a minimum notice time I can't believe that company secretary and the board can set does rules it would severely limit the smaller shareholders and only benefit controlling shareholders and severely limiting smaller shareholders to mobilise fellow stockholders! if there is no minimum notice time it's a scandal and ASIC need to get there act together! I will do some research!
