I don't see a problem with voting them down this time VYR. It wouldn't be about being disgruntled or even annoyed at management. In all honesty im happy with the work they are doing. I would like a vote down because I think there is more a chance of it having a positive impact on the team (and sp) then a negative one. The renumeratuon has never been voted down! And if it does the management dont lose, they will get a chance next time round and perhaps be less coveting.

Also I believe that it would be a majority of shareholders voting it down this time around and the majority hold the minority of shares.
