The current bull market is a mega cap bull market. "The magnificent seven" is now 25% of the S&P500 and the rally in S&P is mostly the rally in those companies. Small and micro caps are seriously underperforming the large and mega caps. Tha gaps like this do not last long and this will eventually correct.
