What is very sad, but actually telling is the only Indiana EGM I can see over the past decade was ......drum role ...... last year and scheduled 1 month before the standed annual Indiana AGM.
Why, I have no idea as the EGM could have easily been rolled into the AGM.
Rossi70, thanks for your last post which stated an extract from the ASX which said, " An EGM is an Urgent meeting called to address pressing company issues or emergencies ... ".
So what was the once in a Decade EGM for Indiana late last year, one month before its AGM .... drum role ... a meeting to seek approval to issue Bronwyn Barnes millions and millions of Options.
WHAT IS TELLING, is the exploration notes TOTALLY FAILED to DISCLOSE MATERIAL INFORMATION regarding Bronwyn Barnes was also gaining a cache Bonus of $180,000.00 and her 1.5 percent, now known at US$ 1,350,000.00
It was and should have been DISCLOSE as a favourable determination had been awarded to Idiana.
