    Ta me what is far more interesting is why would you want Resolution 3?

    Having Resolution 3 makes it look like a generic form.

    I thought we have heaps of cash and there is no need to do a raising for a long time.

    So, WTF are Managment asking us to approve Resolution 3.

    IMO the Indiana Ship needs a full time executive
