It is not terribly SUPPORTIVE that an EGM Notice requesting Resolution 3 has been PUBLISHED - an increase Placement capacity of 10 percent over the rolling 15 percent, thus Indiana Managment want us to approve up to a potential 25 percent dilution in the 12 months following the AGM.
This AGM Notice IMO shows that the " Lights are on, but now body is home".
it sends a very poor message.
