I believe that it's a fairly standard precaution (happy to be corrected by a "rational" alternative view)
So looking forward IDA pays a couple of dividends leaving still a substantial amount for drilling. It's not out of the question that say Minos etc etc is way way more extensive and higher grade than believed and the shares ex div fly through the roof. Equity financing maybe a preferred option at say 35c to crank production up. If this resolution's passed then this option maybe utilised in a very positive environment
It actually shows good forward thinking despite what others have theorised
