I am new to the company but I can see that Bill has been ruling the company since inception. The company biggest share holders are JP,HSBC and City who owns more than 50% interest in the company so certainly they will / can reject this motion to pay Bill stock and cash but do they do it? I don't think so as Bill is founding member and director since inception.
Unlike many other CEO, bill is involved in the business since inception and knows a lot about industry. certainly his performance is questionable as company share value going down since 2017 all time high of $3.91....and nothing has been eventuated to turn around the company and stock value. However removing experienced CEO/founding member in this difficult time will be challenging and difficult for any investor... IMO.. !
