Regarding the AGM resolutions, I agree that the directors need to be setting their sights higher than raising $20m of capital. But I also think they need to be allowed to get on with the job and rewarded for their progress so far.
Many shareholders would not be aware of the privately owned tin processing plant being developed on the site of the old Ardlethan tin mine, which sits in the middle of our Bygoo EL. Progress with the private project, owned by Australian Tin Resources Pty Ltd seems slow, despite sky high tin prices. .
ATR rarely update their website at atresources.com.au, and more than three years on from the granting of their DA for a tin processing plant, it looks like they are still working on a small pilot plant. An opportunity ripening for the picking perhaps ?
