Is anyone intending to go to the IMI AGM?
We need to keep this Board honest by giving them at least 30 minutes work for their fees. I cant attend.
A director may, if an attendence justifies a meeting, have to explain how they are spending CR funds on a new direction for the company. Now that would hurt - having to do more than a one liner.
