I hope GSR shareholders turn out in numbers to support LKI and others with proposals and general business at the AGM. The meeting room in ORD STREET might hold 20 to 25 so better fill it up and more.
It is clear that the MTJV partners (GSR & CNJ) are devoid of a clear plan to restore value.
GSR & CNJ retail shareholders have tolerated very poor outcomes due to management underperformance.
GSR & CNJ (major shareholders via board nominees) have run both companies for many years promoting the MTJV and respective gold or Greenland assets.
The MCap of both companies is a very small % of the MCap of GAL and remain under downward pressure.
Perhaps GSR on BURBANKS and on MTJV (with CNJ) will have something to update shareholders with by 28 November being the date of the AGM. Lets hope that there ate greener pastures ahead for shareholders and GLTA (Disclosure: I hold CNJ).
