Correct. With respect to GvHD, there has been no public commitment to doing a trial to maintain.
With respect to OA - most of the work is being done by Professor David Hunter in my opinion with CYP being largely a passenger - yeah we provide some cells.
With respect to DFU maybe CYP is doing something, has committed to something concrete, I'm not sure.
2) You made a claim that setting up an office in the US would be a first step to doing a trial there. I'm not trying to verbal you or misrepresent you. Your claim, your knowledge if you have any could be a useful insight to share, but you aren't sharing anything or offering anything to support it.
