Not too reprehensible.
As a matter of fact they are fair & reasonable.
1.66m Year 1 rights equates to under $1m @ a share price of say 50c....Not a massive reward by any measure.
Years 2 & 3 will be more determined by the SP (the higher the SP, the less the number of rights)
The performance hurdles are sound....I believe that a few number crunchers here came up with around $100m for 50% of roseby.
If we claim that 100% of Roseby is worth $300 or 400m....Why, in the name of God, the market is discounting us by over 50%.
I understand that one can make over 15% return in a few hours trading highly speculative stocks....but...
