Raise to be only 75,000,000 shares under prospectus with shares to be issued at "company discretion" to applicants. Add to that the many posts here by experienced traders stating it is already oversubscribed and I think you will find that many existing holders may lodge for additional shares through prospectus although, success rate in securing these shares may be minimal.
Very comfortable with the new info in regards to progressing discussions and proposals submitted with US fortune 250 and Fortune 500 companies....continue in suspension for as long as possible I say! Would love to see it come back on with immediate new customer supported by revenue Ann's !
