Another $2m. If (perhaps Westgold) does a co-funding deal we can start mining gold and making money. It would be sound to also CR for about 2m-3m but that's easier done with a few trucks on the ground, and when the market is recovering.

Phil gets 20m options, on which he pays 0.015 to convert to shares, so he pays $300k. He profits by $200k for every 0.01 above 0.015. If Phil can double the SP from here to .03 he'll profit by 20m*(.03-.015)=$300k or, getting the SP to 0.04 he gains 20m*(.04-.015)=$500k. Good leverage at these prices.

I believe company success is Phil's motivation and this deal is fair reward for putting his dollars on the table, keeping us in business, in good shape and advancing the plan to mine Crown Prince gold.

It's stormy waters that's for sure, but OAU requires nerves of steel at the best of times. I reckon we're on the right track.
