I don't understand the reasoning for your post. Who do you infer is selling to cap the price.? The answer could only be the person who is getting the benefit of the options, ie a company Director or Directors.
We are talking about in excess of 15 million shares these past few weeks, if a Director is selling we would see an ASX disclosure notice.
Perhaps a new notice of the top twenty may give the answer.
