I would prefer to see an interested fund have to buy on market. We have 6.2m in the bank and it looks like we are burning around 1.8m per quarter. Assuming receipts increase as the product is rolled out we have enough cash for 12 months. During this time we will definitely have a much better idea as to what our future looks like. Any capital raise will most likely be required for serious expansion and purchase of multiple wrapping machines.

if this is the case the cap raise almost certainly will be at a higher price than the last one as volume will contracted and that will provide the liquidity event the funds need.

I cannot see any other reason - especially not to gift an institution a position
