As majority of investors (in numbers) reside in Australia, let us write to ASIC and ASX for AGMs of foreign companies to be held in Australia. At minimum, there must be provision for online relay and opportunity to ask questions. Moreover, there must be some provision to answer investor queries in general.
In my opinion, there is no reason to authorise the company for diluting the minority shareholder interests at such a low price. Thus, would suggest that everyone lodge proxy and vote against resolution 2.
