look at the big shareholders, only one could consider it and he is up for re-election as a director.

in my view this is only to get AXO up to speed with the current rules regarding proportional takeovers. there is nothing there because you would expect to see much bigger volume as the person got up to just under 5%. i havent seen any big trades to suggest this.

the only thing i can think of is if the fund managers that converted have told management they are going to place the stock to one investor. it would be smart for Hebei to buy the block of shares from those guys but then again i dont know if these guys are that smart.

Rockcheck has done nothing for the past year and has been diluted by the AXOG conversion. if he hasnt brought anymore he probably cant for whatever reason.

the 4th of November is getting closer and the storm clouds are starting to roll in. im glad a sold a few in the mid $0.30's and have some cash ready to go.

the thing i cant work out is why the management arent in the market buying any. if they beleived it 110% they would be pouring their own cash in, i mean the big 2 are on $400k+ each year its not like they are short of a $. the 2 big guys cost the company almost $1m a year and what have they done to add value or get finance?
