Something I came across today in another stocks Ann - Dotz Nano who recently RTO'd. I don't have any other thoughts or opinions regarding this information, but perhaps others do?
Board Changes
It was originally anticipated that Mr Athan Lekkas would be appointed as a Non-Executive Director
of the Company upon completion of the Acquisition. However, due to other business
commitments, Mr Lekkas and the Company have subsequently agreed that Mr Lekkas will not be
appointed to the board of the Company.
Just simply sharing info for others.
