20mil performance shares issued to one of the directors (Bill) and that’s not even beginning on the millions of other shares issued to directors. 20mil at current price is $140k bonus. That’s a large chunk to boost moral and get the job done. Directors are starting to dig deep into the company I feel and their fees and bonuses aren’t justified by performance so far. Just my 2c. At least if the directors are in they might be In the mood to pump the stock price and then cash out and burn us all as they become millionaires. Haha! Just pull the trigger before them in the future as we see the stock price rise. I’m beginning to fear for longer term company but the shorter term is starting to look more fruitful.
