So what did they do, purchased Spectrum in Asia for minimal outlay (because it was a small agency business with as it seems minimal growth) So now they had to work out what to do with it. Two factors immediately became apparent. It was going to cost money and manpower. Lots of it. The result - who knows it is only an agency so will take years to gain any meaningful growth. Particularly in Asia, doing business in this region is vastly different from the conditions in Australia.
Riyo - good purchase, but their hand was forced and the board new they had to do something to maintain revenue. Now Riyo will suffer from attention due to the effort needed to plug the holes in the Netsuite business.
They know if the Netsuite gross revenue drops by 15 to 20% - the company will begin losing serious dollars with nothing to prop up the situation.
