Great info. I will still wait for what (if anything) the ASA says, and perhaps take into account what the various proxy advisers suggest if reported by mainstream media such as 'AFR' and 'The Australian'.
Without making final judgment, my gut feeling is that this proposal will at the least result in substantial discussion between shareholders and the Chairman, including on the AGM date.
There is a chance the resolution could be struck down.
