Why would you vote for the remuneration report?
Why would you vote to re-elect any of the current directors?
Why would you give the MD any performance rights?
Keep in mind that there have been no dividends since 2017.
And no directors have purchased on-market in over a year.
They have just been harvesting shares issued to them.
Vote accordingly.
