Poor management is when there is a capital raise when the share price had already taken a hammering, imo.
It is admitting, their decision NOT to capital raise when the share price was higher, but decided to roll the dice on what DID NOT EVENTUATE TO PREVENT the decision having to capital raise.
learnt that costly lesson from experience !!!
