I voted against 'performance shares'
$485,000 USD + expenses is quite sufficient (and then some) for Mr Ward.
That's nearly $750,000 AUD plus expenses.
Get the contracts signed for royalties, get FebriDx sales to 5,000,000 per quarter minimum, and he can ask for the moon and I'll approve of it.
It won't make any difference of course as Tenmile and Ryder give that motion 40% 'yes' already.
Be nice to see a decent NO vote though.
