hmmm, all the resolutions are 'give management more money and/or let them keep the money already given to them'.... and let us do more cap raises if we want

I understand it is kind of normal, but does management deserve millions and millions of shares for managing the share price to a 60% drop in the last 12 month... good job?????

This is where I worry so much energy inside the Lumos walls is how to stick money into the pockets of management - no matter what. Why cant their bonuses be based on targeted, measurable outcomes.

Now I can play devil's advocate and say 'thanks Lumos for forcing me to treble my holdings'
