Honestly, SP should be a reflection of bonuses earned - why should retail cop a loss of 60% over the last 12 months and management get a cool 6 figure payment?
If the SP remained flat and these deals were announced, probably a different story. Definitely a different story if the SP rose 60% on these announcements.
