Well I have decided that resolution 3 is not right. We cannot allow the board to change the rules when options are out of the money. So I am voting against the remuneration report as well. The board is not up to the job offering to change the deal for the CEO. However I will vote for 5.4m shares to the MD. That seems reasonable. I'm not against his rate of pay.
