    Interestingly the AGM resolutions don't seem to cover off this requirement which is listed in the prospectus for the new shares -

    There are six directors including the MD (who isn't part of the retirement rules). So that leaves five directors, and last time I took a maths class one third of five is 1.67 - which rounded up to the nearest whole number (as stated above) gives a total of two directors who should be standing for re-election instead of the one that they have listed... - anyone disagree?
