So what is everyone's thoughts - do we -

• vote against the remuneration report to send a clear message about the MD and performance etc.?
• vote against the re-election of Sanjeev Kumar to try to get someone with more mining experience on the board? And perhaps have more Aussies on the board? At the moment we seem to be an Indian mining company with little mining experience that has a virtual office in Perth and a listing on the ASX.
• vote against the additional 10% placement too. I'm inclined to suggest that this gets voted against as well as they automatically get the ability to do a placement of up to 15% of shares every year under ASX listing rules (so they can raise $5 million at the current share price), the company has a working mine which is now earning good money, and to be honest the directors need to gain some cred with the shareholders and prove that they can deliver things on time before we give them licence to dilute our shareholdings.
