It looks like they are still negotiating. Will be interesting to see if a Major buys the Mongolian package or if it's going to be smaller producer or well funded explorer that will take it.
If it goes to well funded explorer or small producer, the deal is more likely to include combination of cash injection and a stake in that company which still gives KCC an upside exposure to the project.
