With Kerogen owning 67% of shares on offer isnt't it a good move by BOM to be able to raise such funds off the back of significant SP (25c+) without SH vote so Kerogen could not potentially blocking the extinguishing of the loan??
My issue is why Kerogen did not take part in the raise or were they not offered??
Its definitely an interesting stock...
