11.2 Specific information required by section 648G of the Corporations Act
The Corporations Act requires the Company to provide Shareholders with an explanation of the
PTBA Provisions as set out below.
(a) What is a proportional takeover bid?
A proportional off-market takeover bid (PT Bid) is a takeover offer sent to all
Shareholders but only for a specified portion of each Shareholder's Securities.
Accordingly, if a Shareholder accepts in full the offer under a PT Bid, it will dispose of
the specified portion of its securities in the Company and retain the balance of the
Securities.
