Yes they have had 3 x 3 year exploration permits for Bakoumba & awaiting further extension.

The Mining Code states:

'The third period of validity of an exploration permit may be extended in case of a discovery that could be economically viable in order to allow technical, economical and commercial assessment of such discovery'

As per prospectus, GEN have exploration results in Bakoumba & now intend to move on to drilling priority targets & estimation of maiden resource etc... and now have the required budget for this from the IPO.

Appears to meet criteria for further extension!
