personally I’d never like a buy out… even at several $ a share the wealth transfer from current SH to the buyers would be too much to take… US lymph market values co over $10 a share… assuming all the market is captured by IPD… plus body comp.. CHF… renal… and the data…and then rest of the world… who would want to Tfr that wealth opportunity ..?? The buyers would laugh all the way to the bank ‘forever’ …
