    Spot on, not a good look. They need to withdraw all BOD/employee incentive resolutions based on low ball achievable resource figures both in volume and grade if they are to get the support of insto's/shareholders etc.

    We been there before. I am definately voting against all the Performance Rights resolutions, if it was reserves I most likely would vote for them.

    Two of the execs already have "short term incentives" in place being an annual cash bonus of up to 50% of base remuneration.

    They need to stop mining the market and get on with the job. If they want more share then they should buy them on market or issue long term options for shareholder approval at 20c, on par with the capital raising. Again, poor form whilst the share price is at these levels.
