Legalised gambling in Thailand would destroy the company. I think it will always trade at big discount to market because this is hanging over it. Thailand has a conservative establishment but, the with a new King and a new goverment in the next few years could see the country become more progressive. Last thing we need is a popular vote on it, star vegas would be worthless within the time it takes to build a couple casino resorts in Thailand.
So the dowside would be to a few cents if that happened unless they are more diversified by that time.
