I get what you're concerned about here @ozfirstlady, although I feel this may be more a strategic move more so.

I never thought I'd say this but debt funding even @ a soveriegn risk level; would be a far site cheaper than dilution & when you consider that JP alone would have the most to loose through dilution if that were to be the case, I believe this could be a leverage move!

We already know there are atleast 2 parties currently in discussion with Galan as to a potential offtake. Let's say you can walk in to those discussions with a little more gusto & let your prospective parties know that you won't be easily heavy handedly bent over on the value chain. You need me more than I need you but how's about we become friends & you front some money otherwise we go it alone by tapping the market kind of scenario.

My thoughts only but bugger me it's worth a shot...
