well, while Wilson busy trying to takeover other LIC based on poor management of those LIC his own backyard is worst performing in last 5 year and that is something he needs to know.
remember what happened in Gamestop .... same way we retail holders can make a point to Wilson that enough is enough and he need to change CEO, Board and Portfolio manager and start working on improving his own LIC before looking at someone else's business in my opinion..> !
The best way we can do this is everyone Vote, do not for a moment think how your 100 shares will make a difference as it could..... so don't give your vote to Chairman or Proxy or Keep it Open ... just vote directly ... IMO.
I will be voting to reject anything proposed by any of the Wilson LIC not just WAM ... !
