re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting & P... I wont be able to attend the AGM, however I think as shareholders we should make it known that we aren't happy with the level of remuneration for such a small company that is not yet in production let alone developing a mine. As shareholders we may not have enough of the percentage of votes to force a change, however I think at least we should make it contentious. What I suggested in my previous post is more than fair I think that the MD takes a pay cut to circa $300k pa. Also other highly paid staff & board members also. Lets let them know this isn't a free ride & they need to earn their dough & bring in results. If they don't like it, let them leave as they wont be as well paid anywhere else & its not an easy market out there.

I don't want blood, but I do want the management to take the lead in regards cost cutting until at least we have an operational project, be it iron ore or gold.

Please respond if you are willing to vote against the remuneration report, or make a statement at the AGM regarding reigning in salary costs until we are in production.
