McNoob here. I own more of this company than the bloody directors. Which is ridiculous.

Never have they reached out via mail or phone to try to contact me or how I feel about their performance on the job.

I'll be voting at the AGM via proxy as follows:

Resolution 1: AGAINST
Resolution 2: AGAINST
Resolution 3: FOR

I'm dissatisfied with Medusa's operational and financial performance.

I'm dissatisfied with management's communications with shareholders and with the market.

I'm dissatisfied with Medusa's dividend policy. It's not reasonable that they are not paying dividends.

No! I'm not going to just sell and go away!

I'd like to see a spill meeting and new directors installed. Hopefully 1 each from each from Ruffers, Arbiter and MUFJ.

I believe they'll act in shareholders' interest better than the current lot. I hope the current directors all get booted.

Current directors have no one to blame but themselves for their own mismanagement of this wonderful company, which they have all but ruined.
