They have got to get their costs down. The days of tapping the stock market are over for the next couple of years.
No more bonuses for Johnson would be a good start.
I think they need to get a manager / Board that understands the money end of the business.
No good having best in class if your still going broke.
Having said that, if sales keep going as they are this could be a very profitable business.
But it will take a while if they are relying on growth only and not looking at costs.
Shave the expenses, get cash flow positive, get out of the cycle of cash raises and you'll see the share price look after itself.
