    The price of the shares issued in lieu of fees is based on the what the share price was when they agreeed to accept shares in lieu of director fees.

    Had they not done that, the company would have had to raise funds at 2c or lower in order to get money to pay the directors. What they did was the right move and based on where the share price was in December 2024, 2.9c is a bargain for share holders.
