At least shareholders have an opportunity to off load some Board dead wood..

Its a NO from me...Stone has demonstrated little or no understanding of how a Listed
Co. operates for the benefit/wealth creation of shareholders.

It seems hard to believe that in 9 years he has failed to even make
one announcement that could sustain investor interest to the extent
that the market had some confidence that he knew what he was doing..
or indeed he was offering a "business case" reason to invest..!!
He has continually offered the market a failed ongoing business operational strategy
that has cost the Co dearly in scarce funding and any credibility in the market.

Only hope Surplus King and enough other shareholders think the same.
