Goolsbee can't seem to get away from these kind of board spills & shakeups - he was pretty much pushed out of Sarepta as Chairman and eventual resignation.
The whole story is a bit ironic really with most shareholders here crying out that Diamond doesn't say enough yet from what i recall that's exactly why Goolsbee was pushed out as Chairman by saying the CEO shouldn't speak so much on day to day business and development of the drug.
