These 'Market Forces' activists are hypocrites. I bet some have expensive cars and travel business class by air when they go overseas, stay in excellent hotels and have four or five star multi-course meals, yet they preach to Robert Millner and the many of us who believe that coal has a vital role in expanding reliable, 24/7 affordable electricity to poor Indian and other villagers throughout Asia.
Many of these extremely left wing activists hold as little as $500 of shares in companies they target.
The two resolutions need to be defeated by 99.8 per cent of votes cast being against.
I reckon the management of NHC and similar companies such as WHC do a pretty good job, and don't need this sort of distraction from Marxist greenies.
